Twilight Wins Big @ MTV Movie Awards...

Twilight took home:  Best Picture, Best Fight, Breakthrough Male (Robert Pattinson), Female Performance (Kristen Stewart), and Best Kiss

As well as big wins for Twilight, we got to see Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson present an exclusive trailer for the upcoming film in the Twilight saga:  New Moon!!

"In the movie, Bella (Stewart) has been abandoned by her vampire love, Edward (Robert Pattinson), but she hears his voice in her thoughts, even as she finds herself drawn to her friend Jacob (Taylor Lautner). ''When you get broken up with, it really is the worst thing in the world,'' says Weitz. ''Meyer gives a kind of supernatural context to people's real feelings, which sums up what we all go through.''

...Happy birthday, Bella! 

In this EW exclusive photo, the movie's newly 18-year-old heroine has been thrown against a rose-covered table by her beloved, Edward. Readers will know his intentions were honorable: He was trying to protect Bella (and her paper cut!) from the vampire Jasper. ''The whole cast is reading the book and wanting to get it right,'' says Weitz. 

...Last month, USA Today had the first look at New Moon's Wolf Pack — Alex Meraz (Paul), Chaske Spencer (Sam), Bronson Pelletier (Jared), and Kiowa Gordon (Embry) — in costume. And byin costume, we really mean shirtless.

New Moon Spoilers

PerezHilton.com reports on some New Moon spoilers on how the movie will differ from the book:

"Don't read on if you don't want to hear what changes and surprises are in store for the movie!

So Life & Style reveals a few spoilers for the upcoming and intensely anticipated New Moon, and it seems there will be some vast differences between the book and the film.

Apparently, Bella takes a more daredevil approach in the film, pushing fate in order to make Edward appear to her.

Filmmakers couldn't resist Robert Pattinson's draw, and instead of coming to Bell as a disembodied voice, he appears like an apparition…or like Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars. To which Pattinson expresses some concern, saying, "I really wanted it to be a complete absence. It’s easier to give it more power at the end if I’m completely absent."

There's also an action-packed scene wherein Laurent fights back against the werewolves who destroy him in the book.

Additionally, in the book Edward says he will turn Bella into a vampire only if they marry. In the movie, however, he offers a different ultimatum.

How will the Twilighters react? That's almost more exciting than the movie!"

On May 4, the duo dined at The Keg restaurant. "Taylor walked Selena back to her hotel afterward," says a witness. "When she didn't think anyone was around, she wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a big kiss!" When it was time to leave, adds the witness, Taylor snuck out the back door.

Things heated up even more during Canada's Victoria Day weekend. Selena, 16, spent May 16 shopping with Taylor's younger sister, the witness says. The next day, Taylor, 17, swung by Selena's hotel and picked her up for a late lunch at the Japanese spot Ichiban-Ya. As they sat in the back dining on sushi and sipping iced tea, an onlooker heard Taylor tell Selena, "You smell good -- I always smell you. I smelled you on my pillow this morning." Selena responded with a giggle, and Taylor picked up the check. Still, the duo haven't had the easiest time letting their romance bloom -- Taylor's father has been keeping a protective eye on them, and Selena has a large bodyguard who's often around. But on May 13, they took the next step in their relationship: meeting the parents! Kristen bonded with Rob's folks, Richard andClare Pattinson, over Kobe beef meatballs during the actor's 23rd birthday dinner at Glowbal Grill & Satay Bar in Vancouver. "Kristen and Rob have amazing chemistry," their co-star Elizabeth Reaser told Life & Style at The Bash charity event on May 17 in LA. "They're great together."

That's bad news for the actress' longtime boyfriend, Michael Angarano. He visited the Vancouver set of New Moon twice since March, but it did little to keep Rob and Kristen from strengthening their connection. "It's intense when you do such an intense project," Twilight director Catherine Hardwicketold Life & Style at the ASCAP Awards in LA on May 11. "Robert and Kristen are interested in each other, like a fascination."

And it's been that way from the very start. "To decide who was going to be Edward, I had chemistry reads over at my house on my bed," Catherine tellsLife & Style, "and when it was Rob and Kristen together, you could just tell ... this is it."

...THR: How is the script for "New Moon" different from the second book?

Pattinson: It kind of plays relatively close to it. I would still describe it as being a sort of supporting role (to Bella's story). I think it would have been a bit cheesy if it had just stayed as a voiceover part as my character is a voice in her head in the second book. They've shot these hallucination bits of the film. You're playing a figment of Bella's imagination and I was trying to do it in a really 2-D kind of way. I hope it doesn't come out flat and boring (laughs).

THR: What's the schedule for "New Moon"?

Pattinson: We've got four days left on the shoot for this. I'm going to Italy for the remaining days of the shoot."

Hugh Jackman, Rachel Weisz and Robert Pattinson will star in the 19th-century drama Unbound Captives, and Madeleine Stowe will make her directorial debut from a script she cowrote more than 15 years ago, according to Variety.

Stowe originally wrote the script in the early 1990s with her husband Brian Benben (Dream On), but she turned down a multimillion dollar offer from Fox when they wouldn’t promise her anything more than a writing credit. Now, she’ll direct.

Weisz will play the role Stowe once envisioned for herself, a frontier woman whose husband is killed and whose two children are kidnapped. Pattinson will play her son, and Jackman will play the man who comes to her rescue."

Life and Style Magazine reports on Rob and Kristen Gossip... including information that the cast received scripts for Eclipse:

"Sure, Robert Pattinson andKristen Stewartwere surrounded by their New Moon castmates during a party at Blue Water Cafe & Raw Bar in Vancouver, British Columbia, on May 8, but they still managed to secure plenty of alone time. "Rob and Kristen took a bunch of cigarette breaks together," says an eyewitness. "They were laughing and telling jokes as they stood with their backs to everyone."

And while the rest of the cast reportedly left in separate cabs after receiving copies of the script for Eclipse (the third movie in the Twilight franchise), Rob, 23, and Kristen, 19, climbed into the back of a limo together at 3 a.m. Photos show the twosome inter-twining their legs even though there was plenty of room in the spacious car. "They looked very happy," notes the witness.

"Long before Robert Thomas Pattinson began driving women wild as dreamy vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie franchise, he was just a shy boy, nicknamed Patty, from London. "Rob's gobsmacked [British for astounded] by all the attention he's getting," an aunt of his, Diana Nutley, says in a recent revealing interview. "He's very cool about it all, but he can't believe it either." Rob, 22, couldn't agree more. "The attention I get now is mind-bending," Rob says. "You do tend to get a little bit paranoid when you're walking down the street and looking around, just in case you're getting mobbed by teenage girls." But when he was growing up in a cozy Victorian home in London's Barnes neighborhood, the only females chasing the future actor were his sisters, Victoria, 28, and Lizzy, 25. "They used to dress me up as a girl and introduce me as Claudia," recalls Rob."

Robert Pattinson on Edward in New Moon

Fandango.com has an interview with Robert Pattinson where he talks a little about Edward in New Moon...

"Pattinson: The interesting thing about this one is that so much of my character is in Bella’s head. It’s based on a mixture of memories and nightmares. Bella thinks she is going mad. I get to do some really creepy stuff. In other words, Bella is really frightened of [her hallucinations]. It’s really, really different than Twilight. I think that a lot of people will be kind of scared by this one. I wanted to try and put that into Twilight but I couldn’t really find a way to make Edward scary.

Fandango: You contributed a couple of songs to the Twilight soundtrack. Are you still pursuing music, and will you be doing more for New Moon?

Pattinson: I’m in talks to do a soundtrack for another movie, composing. I cannot say what it is yet, but I really, really, really want to do. I don’t think I’m going to have anything on New Moon, but never say never."
